Shipping and Sales Tax Information
ShadowCasts Sculpturns® automatically ship via UPS Ground unless an alternative method is selected. Pouches and pet tags ship via
the United States Postal Service. Shipping charges, when applicable, are automatically totaled in the shopping cart and are not refundable. If an
item indicates, “free shipping with purchase” there will be no shipping charges on that item as long as it remains “purchased.”
If the item is returned for reasons beyond our control, the amount refunded will be minus the cost of shipping.
Depending on what products are ordered, your order may ship from multiple U.S. locations, and if so, it would be higly unlikely that both
shipments would arrive at the same time. You will be sent email verification with a UPS tracking number so you can follow the progress of your shipment. In-stock items
are shipped within 2 business days and the typical order should arrive within 4-5 business days from shipping notification.
We cannot ship to PO Boxes, and at the current time we ship only to the continental United States, Alaska and Hawaii.
